MALLARD Stéphane

Stéphane Mallard est entrepreneur, auteur et conférencier. Passionné par les nouvelles technologies, il apprend à coder très jeune, donne des cours d’informatique et développe des sites internet dès 12 ans pour gagner de l’argent de poche.

Au lycée, il développe un logiciel de calcul de plans de financement pour un courtier en crédit immobilier. Cet aperçu du monde de la finance lui donne envie d’étudier l’économie. En 2007, il part étudier à l’Université du Québec à Montréal et sort diplômé d’un bachelor en économie et finance. Durant son cursus au Canada, il est récompensé d’une bourse d’excellence par l’université. En 2010, il intègre Sciences Po Paris et sort diplômé du master International Economic Policy en 2012.

Après ses études, et un passage dans un cabinet de conseil, il rejoint une startup et s’occupe de la communication, du site internet et des réseaux sociaux. Il intervient pour la première fois comme animateur de séminaires des clients et développe à cette occasion son goût pour la prise de parole en public.

En 2013, il rejoint les salles de marchés d’une banque d’investissement dans une équipe en charge de la transformation digitale. Il écrit ses premières conférences de sensibilisation au numérique qui se diffusent rapidement en interne et commence à intervenir auprès du grand public et des médias.

En 2016, il rejoint une société de technologie franco-américaine spécialisée dans le code et les algorithmes. Son job est de sensibiliser les dirigeants à la transformation numérique qu’il présente comme une rupture massive des usages et du core- business. Il intervient entre 2016 et 2018 en Europe et aux Etats-Unis auprès des entreprises, des écoles et du grand public.

En 2018, il sort son premier livre “Disruption – Intelligence artificielle, fin du salariat, humanité augmentée” qui connaît un succès immédiat.

Il fonde Casual Shake en 2018 et se consacre à temps plein à sensibiliser les entreprises et le grand public au changement de paradigme que nous vivons avec le numérique.
